There’s a lot of detox talk going around lately. Tis’ the season for spring cleaning, right?
Even though I provide detox programs for my clients (which by the way are ah-mazing!), I get so concerned with all the wrong info out there.
During a detox all you have to do is eat real food. Eat healthy, clean food. Eat every 3 hours to keep your metabolism boosted. No starving. No depriving. No diets.
But picking the safe and efficient way to detox can be confusing so I hope this video helps with your questions and any uneasiness about detox.
