Hot Mess Green Smoothie is great for reducing stress.  The good fats of the avocado and the omega 3 boost of the flaxseeds can do wonders to minimize anxiety.

Stress is the number one cause of inflammation. Inflammation leads to chronic illnesses such as heart disease, diabetes and cancer.  So do all you can to manage your busy life.  I am constantly running around getting kids to practices, working, doing life so I make sure to add in my yoga class, breathing, and just being still as well as the green stuff.

Minimizing inflammation is the key.
