Kale is our main dark leafy green for the Nutty Mango Smoothie.
Kale is so sexy right now, and it’s actually packed with calcium (if you can believe it) and great for boosting immunity for the winter months coming up.

I made the nutty mango today and it was my first experience with kale. It was okay but not my favorite. I am enjoying the challenge.
