Warrior Green Juice Recipe

[sharethis]

11:11, such a magical manifesting day! Yesterday I posted about how I manifested Go Clean, Sexy You. I swear I wrote my dreams down and 20 years later, bam. Thank you, Universe!

AND I’ve been seeing 11:11, 1:11, 11 all the time for the past 2 months.

I look at my phone: 11:11. I checked my digital watch: 1:11. Watching Kate play field hockey, she’s # 11. Jack’s Hero Boys race number is 11.

I have been researching numerology (well, I Googled it), and I found out that 11 is a master number. My angels telling me to “pay attention!”

Make a wish, and it is believed to come true.
A window is opening up in your life and you should ask for guidance from your ‘angels’ to find out what it is.
Pay attention, stop, and recognize the significance of the moment. Time for manifestation.

AND look, today, I had a haircut appt. at 11 am. Whoa, I’m thinking my hair is gonna be amazing since it was all did up on this special day!

1111 Manifestation

Keep your thoughts positive… your thoughts are creating your reality. The more good juju, the better, I say! AND trust your messages.

Now onto some juice!

When you clear clutter within your cells by avoiding sugar, caffeine, and other acidic substances that just don’t serve you, you can feel and see clearly. You are able to notice the divine messages around you. AND  you have more energy… we all want some of that!

Instead of relying on Red Bull or 5 Hour Energy shots, just get yourself a glass of Warrior Juice and you’ll be ON and focused for hours and  hours.  I like to drink when I’m dragging (especially after the longs nights I spent editing!)… Warrior Juice perks me right up and keeps me focused.

Warrior Juice

Makes approximately 12 ounces

Juice these ingredients and serve.

1 cucumber
2 carrots
1 apple
1 tablespoon basil
½ lime, peeled

The cucumber is great for your skin as well as the perfect veggie to juice especially if you are a beginner.

The apple is super for keeping you well (Vitamin C, hello!) .

Basil gives you shiny hair and the glow. This herb also boosts your immune system.

AND lime, well, lime is just plain fun. Limes also aid digestion and help with weight loss.

Need a 5 hour energy drink but don't want the caffiene and sugar? Make Warrior Juice with apple, cucumber, basil and lime for an energy boosting drink. #vegen #raw #juice

I’m excited to share this recipe with you… it’s from my new cookbook, Go Clean, Sexy You!

What do you say?

Is there a number that you see ALL the time? OR do you know much about numerology. School me! I would love your insight. <3

  1. I’ve been seeing threes for months!!! 3:33, every time I look at the clock. I even woke up the other night at 3:33 AM. I believe it means balance. In my case, I feel it means I am in need of balance, and so it begins. I’m working on becoming more balanced in my life. My focus has been work, I had no choice, my job is very demanding. Well, my last day is next week, and I plan on bringing more balance into my life. Can’t wait to see why my next number is!

    1. Ahhhhh, 333! That’s a great one! Here’s what I discovered about that one (I get that a lot too…once I started paying attention I see numbers everywhere)…”Number 3 relates to the attributes of expansion and the principles of increase, spontaneity, broad-minded thinking, encouragement, assistance, talent and skills, self-expression and communication, manifesting and manifestation.” It also means that you are taken care of… and rely on help from God, the Universe, whatever you believe in. Looks like you are about to embark on a new journey. An adventure. I know your job has been a lot and bringing more balance into your life is huge. I will think of you on your last day. It’s all so exciting! xoxo

  2. The beauty of green juice recipes is that you can make them with whatever you have on hand. If kale is too strong for your liking? Use spinach. No sweet pea sprouts? Skip them.
