I hope this finds you sipping on your green smoothie for the day. I have been taking mine on-the-go this weekend… even to the Christmas Tree Farm.

We will be heading into our last challenge week in a few days (it’s flying by!) and whether you are using the recipes from the menu or blending up your own, I want you to start to pay attention to how you are feeling. What are you noticing about your energy level? Any changes in your mood? Feeling lighter?
Pay attention to that gorgeous body of yours; your body has all the answers to help you heal and feel amazing.

Today’s smoothie is the Nut + Apple… two things that I LOVE for snacks.

I’m a big almond butter and apple slices snack girl. So this smoothie is one of my faves.
The cashews make it creamy smooth and also boost the protein level as well as provide tons of fiber.

Nut + Apple Smoothie

Ingredients:
1 cup spinach
2 cups almond milk
½ avocado, peeled and pitted
1 apple, cored
¼ cup cashews
Boost: 1 Tbsp. hulled hemp seeds
