Day 21…I’m so happy and sad at the same time.

Happy that “We did it!”

Sad it’s our last Green Up Challenge day.

But you know what? It’s not goodbye.  Let’s continue sharing our thoughts, insights and our smoothie pics with each other. Also, use #21DayGreenUp so I can find your pretty creations, too, throughout the year.

Also, many of you mentioned that you will keep going with the green smoothie a day even though the challenge will be over.

Swoon! Music to my ears.

Our group is so dynamic, fun and dedicated! And we share the green smoothie love around, too. It’s much better that way.

YOU are AWESOME Smoothie

Ingredients:
1 cup kale
2 cups almond milk
½ cup raspberries, fresh or frozen
1Tbsp. raw almond butter
¼ cup gluten-free rolled oats
1 Tbsp. lemon juice (or juice ½ of lemon)
1 Tbsp. raw cacao powder (or cocoa powder)
1 tsp. cinnamon
I had a blast hangin’ out with you these 21 days, {name}. I’m honored we can do this together…doing something for ourselves during the busiest time of year. We. Are. So. Awesome.
