It’s time for the annual 21 Day Green Up Smoothie Challenge! The tradition began in 2013 and since then thousands have joined in and blended their hearts out with me and I can’t wait to do it again.

How Does It Work?
Once you sign up by entering your name and email in the box, you will receive your confirmation Smoothie Challenge ticket and welcome email from me.
I will then add you to the Facebook group, The 21 Day Green Up Smoothie Challenge. You can start chatting with fellow participants AND invite any of your friends (very much encouraged).
You will be smoothie making for 21 days, just one smoothie a day. You will also receive the menu plan and shopping lists ahead of time so you are prepared and ready to blend each week. You will continue on with your regular meals; just adding a smoothie to the mix!
Food alert! You’ll be adding greens like spinach, kale and sometimes chard to smoothies with fruit and veggies. Make sure you have these items on hand. Think berries, apples, pears, mangoes, avocados, bananas… with optional boosts of almond butter, flaxseeds, and plant-based milks.
Why the GREEN stuff?
Dark leafy greens are nutritional powerhouses. Greens like kale and spinach are packed with tons of nutrients you body needs to boost immunity and keep your organs in tip top shape. Greens contain vitamins A, C, and K plus folate, potassium and calcium. In fact, did you know that greens like spinach have protein, too? And chlorophyll.
