WHAT’S THE WINTER RENEWAL DETOX ALL ABOUT?

  • This detox is a simple whole foods cleanse.  So caffeine, sugar, gluten, processed foods, and alcohol (I know the wine!) are eliminated for the 10 days.  Don’t worry, you’ll be able to eat a lot of “normal” foods like veggies, fruits, greens, beans, rice, hummus…
  • It’s  perfect for busy women who are on the go with work, family, life.
  • The 10 days are purposely structured for someone who likes to have a set plan.  Since each day is spelled out with menus, recipes, and shopping list, you can just prepare your meals in advance, grab and go.  You will eat 3 meals plus 2 snacks each day.
  • This program is virtual so  you can access it anytime, anywhere.
  • I will provide accountability,  support, and cheerleading for the 10 days.

The Winter Renewal 10 Day Detox is a practical program that is great for most people, including those who have specialty diets such as gluten-free, dairy-free, diabetic, or vegetarian/ vegan.  Not recommended during pregnancy.

It’s different for everyone, but you might feel a headache or be a bit tired.   This is completely normal!
  • Days Four – Seven:  As you shift away from foods that are typically hard digest, allergenic or addictive, you will notice positive changes in your body, energy levels, and mood.  You will be thinking, “Yeah baby, I got this! Feelin’ good!”

I’m also journaling again and smiling more! What I liked most about the detox was the overall support from Lisa. In the days before the detox, I was excited about the prospect of learning to listen to my body again and Lisa never let that excitement leave. YOU MIGHT BE THINKING…

I’m a picky eater. What if I don’t like the food? There is a formula in the nutrition world.  Give new foods at least 5-10 tries before you say you don’t like something.  Remember, have an open-mind to try new things. You never know.  Some of these foods might end up being your favorites! (Plus, I’m Italian so the food is delicious! Bland  food will not fly in my family!).

I travel for work a lot.  Will I be able to stick to a plan for 10 days? Yes, no problem.  Since you get a step by step menu plan, you can prepare ahead of time and pack or plan for what you need on your travels. Whether you are traveling by car or plane, you can plan your snacks and your meals.  The key is planning. Planning leads to success as they say.  I had many clients travel for work on their 10 day detox.  As long as you make a plan, it is doable.

Will I be in the kitchen all day making the detox meals?  No.  In fact, most recipes have approximately  5 ingredients plus 5 steps or less. All snacks are easy to grab, like nuts, fruit, veggies.
