Holiday Speed Coaching is here!
Hi Everyone,
There are 37 days between Thanksgiving and New Year’s. That’s 37 days of attending holiday parties, eating the left-over baked goods from the cookie exchange, not being able to squeeze in gym time, and being subjected to all the candy and cake in the office.
By January 2nd, we are all feeling bloated, tired, and guilty. We are wearing sweatpants because our jeans are too tight; vowing to get to the gym every single day in 2011.
Let’s make a pact to feel different this year! For $1 a day, I will be your health coach between now and New Year’s. That is less than a latte at Starbucks!
I will check in with you every morning with a quick tip, strategy, or some inspiration. You can email me back or not. It is up to you. I am here to keep you focused on getting through the holidays happy, healthy, and without the guilt. You can ask questions about nutrition, fitness, any health topic. I am here to support you. If you just want a friendly reminder in your inbox, I can do that, too. We all have to stick together during this time of year. Even though it is fun, it can be daunting trying to keep it all together with the extra holiday obligations and tasks. Not to mention the financial piece. That is why I am charging only a $1 per day to keep things simple and affordable.
Here’s how it works:
1. Choose your start date (how about today?) and determine how many days you will need for your coaching. Ex. 30 days = $30, 15 days = $15, etc…

So my goal is clean eating–what does that mean for breakfast–smoothie? Umpqua oatmeal?
Yes, that smoothie you make is perfect. Some fruit and Greek yogurt like Siggis. Try to stay away from artificial sugars and flavors. The oatmeal sounds good, except I am not a big fan on the sucutant sugar. Why try quick oats with a tsp of agave or raw honey?
I’m following the tips I’m able to follow and I feel great. The bit about drinking water to make sure I’m hungry really helped. That has curved my craving for sweets. Thank you so much 🙂
So happy to hear you are feeling great, Ana! You go! Isn’t the water amazing?!
It has been 2 weeks and I feel great. I have more energy than I ever remember having during the Holiday season. I do not eat as much at parties (eat the vegetables and drink clear drinks!!) and feel great the next day. Thank you Lisa 🙂
This is great news, Ana! You are totally rockin’ with incorporating healthy strategies this season. Thanks for sharing all your good news.:)
