- Cost: $60 for session (4 weeks); (That’s only $15 per session!!!)
- Session 1: Mondays at 10 am OR Wednesdays at 12:30 pm. Pick what works for you and your friends. AND strollers are welcome! Location TBA (depends on group members primary location).
- 1/10, 1/17, 1/24, 1/31 OR 1/12, 1/19, 1/26, 2/2
Each Walk-n-Talk session is 1 hour; 30-45 minutes of walking and talking nutrition followed by 15 minutes Q&A. Leave with takeaway handouts and action steps for the week. Lisa will provide unlimited coaching between walks for support.
