BUT over time, I’ve noticed a few startling things that sneak into healthy routines because someone told you it was “healthy” or that you can cut calories if you just did x, y, and z.
Instead of maintaining your ideal weight, you sometimes feel like you can’t seem to lose those last 5 pounds because there are certain sneaky and WRONG nutritional traps you’ve fallen into without your knowledge.

Since our bodies don’t know what to do with “fake” things like aspartame (that is so dangerous, I can’t even get into it), it’s better to drink water because our bodies need this liquid to function.
You can add a squeeze of lemon or lime, put cucumbers in your pitcher of water, or even herbal tea bags if you’re not used to the taste of water.
