Chocolate for Breakfast!

I’m just getting finished with my Winter Renewal 10 Day Detox with over 125 gorgeous beings. We rocked it!

Well, how do I celebrate?  With chocolate!  Now, I do know better than to jump right into any sugar after a cleanse, so I waited a day to indulge. Plus these chocolate clusters are made from organic cacao nibs, the purest form of chocolate there is.  So I guess that is a bit healthy, yes?

Let me introduce you to my lovely friend and colleague, Sue Ann Gleason of

Yep, that’s right. Having dessert for breakfast!

Sue Ann along with her partner, Merideth Cohrs of, created The Cluster.  Before I get to my review, I have to let you know right away, I’ve never experienced anything like The Cluster. For  realz.

First of all, I got my little pretty package in the mail on Day 6 of the cleanse.  Beautiful packaging (I’m all about this stuff, good paper, stationery, tin box).

I just loved the prettiness and could smell the pure bliss of the chocolate, too.  I will admit I had to hide the package in the kitchen so I wouldn’t be tempted to rip open the tin during the rest of the detox.

This morning, I sat down with my Kate, who is an expert when it comes to sweet things, and we popped one chocolate in our mouths. Well, I tried to savor it, you know, so I could really experience the flavor, but I couldn’t resist eating it up immediately. So sweet yet a hint of bitterness; the dusting of cinnamon; the depth of the dark chocolate.  Kate actually let out a big, “Ahhhhh, so good, Mommy!”

We tried it again, and well, let’s just say I finished the whole tin with Kate’s help (yes, it wasn’t only me!) in one sitting.    I especially enjoyed the cacao shavings as a special touch to the product.

What a very unique and satisfying tasting or actually, devouring!

Do you want to win your own little stash of The Cluster?  Oh, I know that is a silly question!

Here’s how to win:

1.  Go to Sue Ann’s  Facebook page, like it, and then write on her wall:  I want The Cluster! I MUST have the cluster because_____________ .

Here’s the link to her page:  Chocolate for Breakfast

      Enter today, Friday, March 2nd.

2.  SueAnn will announce the winner on her FB page (and I will as well on my Whole Health Designs page)

Very easy! Good luck and can’t wait to find out who scores The Cluster! Oh, man,  you will be so VERY lucky.:)

Lovely post, my friend, but of course I’m a little biased. Your fans are checking in. I look forward to drawing a name. Perhaps we should ask them why they simply MUST have the cluster. . . LOL

Let me know if I win, Lisa…I’m taking a break from fb for a few weeks. btw, a plan is falling into place for my “Me” tune up. I’m hoping to get together with you at end of March and work out a nutrition/diet plan. Looking forward to working with you!
