
Tangy Banana Icecream
It’s so hot! Summer is certainly here in Annapolis.
I need to cool off and icecream is the answer.
I made this in about, hmmm, let’s say, 5 minutes. Really. I used my Vitamix, and I was enjoying this cool treat in no time.
Tangy Banana Icecream
Here’s what you need:
1 frozen banana (peeled)
1 frozen clementine (peeled)
1 tsp. of cinnamon
Strawberries (optional)
1 Tbsp. of cacao nibs (optional)
Let’s get to it:
Blend the banana, clementine, and cinnamon in a food processor or Vitamix.
Blend until the mixture is silky soft in consistency. It should be creamy. Add a 1 Tbsp. of water (or a nut milk) if it isn’t becoming creamy. You can add strawberries and cacao if you wish. I sure did.
