I woke up with a stuffy nose and sore throat. I knew it…I haven’t been keeping up with my daily “insurance” routine.
A few weeks ago, I went on a business trip to NYC and while it was amazing and tons of fun, I didn’t get much sleep and hung out with a friend who was sick. I kept washing my hands, but I knew deep down that I needed my protection.
