Stiff or tight spots in the body are signs of congestion and lack of fluid in the muscles. Pilates can gain access to those stuck spots and open them up to the circulation needed to flush toxins while relieving pain and discomfort. Experience a short workout and feel the flush known as the “internal shower” that will leave you feeling balanced and revitalized.


OCT. 15th – DON’T WORK SO HARD SOLD OUT!

Learn about anti-inflammatory foods, juicing and smoothie making (and taste yummy samples!) and how to balance out your cells in order give your body a break and how doing less is actually better for you.

When it comes to working out, we often think more is better. The result is sore, tight muscles and often fatigue. Pilates intends to work all of the muscles of the body simultaneously and in concert with one another so that no one muscle works harder than any other. All the muscles work together, just enough. The results are no pain, deep whole body strength and energy. Learn some movement tools to help you find where you may need a little more or a little less effort in order strike a balance and increase your energy.

Find out what teas, juices, and foods are best to eat for that “day after” feeling. When the holidays roll in, our workouts often check out. We feel like we don’t have enough time (and sometimes energy) to fit it all in. Pilates can pack a pretty decent punch in a short amount of time. Learn a Pilates mat series that you can do anywhere in just 5 minutes that will get your muscles moving and your heart pumping. Receive a take home guide to help you remember the fine points of the exercises and to keep you motivated as you go into the holiday season.


DEC. 10th – POWER OF PERCEPTION: TAKING YOU INTO THE NEW YEAR

Explore the 3 part process of making long-lasting changes (based on The Power of Change by Charles Duhigg) and develop a new mindset when it comes to choices and deciding what is “bad” vs. “good.” When you radiate, you have a glow about you, inside and out. We’ll develop your customized wellness plan to keep that glow going for a long time to come.

We all have beliefs about ourselves – about what we think we can and cannot do. We base many of our decisions, every day, on those beliefs. The truth is we are all capable of so much more than we think if we take the steps and the time to discover our inner and sometimes hidden strengths. Discover how Pilates, through small and seemingly inconsequential ways can create new and healthier movement patterns in the body. Healthy shifts in how our bodies move and function can be a key that unlocks our mind to the potential that we can do more than we thought possible.

That’s why we put together a 4 part plan you can use anytime you need to reboot your body or get you back on track with rockin’ your inner vibrance. We are top experts in our fields of study, Pilates and health coaching, and we want to give you everything you need to feel and look amazing…not for a quick fix but for life.

Jennifer is a third generation instructor in the lineage of Joseph Pilates. She has been a practitioner of Pilates since 2004 and has been teaching professionally since 2005 after having completed a 700 hour comprehensive teacher training program in Classical Pilates.

Jennifer has continued her studies with The Pilates Center in Boulder, CO (considered the “Harvard” of Pilates schools) having completed their Master’s Program in 2012 and their Bridge Program in 2013. Additionally, Jennifer is a Host Advisor for The Pilates Center, enabling her to mentor Trainees of the The Pilates Center’s teacher training program.

Jennifer continues to participate in classes and workshops as she believes the best way to grow as a teacher is to be a student.


Lisa Consiglio Ryan is the founder of Whole Health Designs, juicy clean living advocate and mama of two. She loves her yoga practice, running, and has a mission to spread the word, “Food is love.” She provides detox programs and private coaching for those who desire to embrace clean living.

As a Certified Health and Nutrition Coach, Lisa has worked with thousands in her Renewal 10 Day Detox programs. Her work has been featured in tons of places like Fitness Magazine, TinyBuddha, Elephant Journal, Kris Carr’s Crazy Sexy Life , The Daily Meal, and Mind Body Green.

Lisa also started her new membership program, Clean + Sexy 2014 (year-long detox + community)so she can do LIVE events and hug her community members in person. Lisa developed Kickin’ It Clean gluten-free meal plans for plant lovers and started her local Juice Shop in order to bring cold-pressed, organic juice to her town.
