SEPT. 24th – DETOX AND THE INTERNAL SHOWER

Stiff or tight spots in the body are signs of congestion and lack of fluid in the muscles. Pilates can gain access to those stuck spots and open them up to the circulation needed to flush toxins while relieving pain and discomfort. Experience a short workout and feel the flush known as the “internal shower” that will leave you feeling balanced and revitalized.

OCT. 15th – DON’T WORK SO HARD

Learn about anti-inflammatory foods, juicing and smoothie making (and taste yummy samples!) and how to balance out your cells in order give your body a break and how doing less is actually better for you.

When it comes to working out, we often think more is better. The result is sore, tight muscles and often fatigue. Pilates intends to work all of the muscles of the body simultaneously and in concert with one another so that no one muscle works harder than any other.

 

NOV. 12th – HOLIDAY SURVIVAL GUIDE

Learn strategies to help you eat, drink, and be merry without the guilt and regret. Discover ways to identify and handle holiday cravings. When the holidays roll in, our workouts often check out. We feel like we don’t have enough time (and sometimes energy) to fit it all in. Pilates can pack a pretty decent punch in a short amount of time. Learn a Pilates mat series that you can do anywhere in just 5 minutes that will get your muscles moving and your heart pumping.
