2020 Spring Renewal 10 Day Detox
Lose the “Winter blah”s and renew your enthusiasm for life this Spring!
It’s been a long, cold Winter, and you’re feeling tired, sluggish, and – let’s be honest – kind of weighed down
Spring is here, and your new year’s resolutions to cut the crap out of your diet and eat healthier are barely a distant memory.
You meant it when you made those resolutions back on January 1st. Really, you did. And pretty much every week since, you’ve promised yourself that you’ll “start your new diet on Monday”, or that you’ll “try going sugar-free tomorrow”.
But real life kept intervening – as it always does – and somehow, those resolutions just haven’t happened. Plus…the truth is that, when it comes down to it, you’re a little confused about the specifics of what exactly you’re supposed to do to get healthier.
So instead, you’ve ended up not doing anything.
It’s totally understandable. Confused minds don’t take action. And you’ve got good reason to be confused (trust me, I’ve been there myself!) With all the conflicting recommendations out there, how are you supposed to know what will actually make you healthier – and what’s just snake oil and expensive distractions?
Which is why, even though the Spring flowers are blooming and the weather’s warming up… you’re still stuck exactly where you were back in January. Maybe you’ve even backslid a little. So instead of feeling energetic, confident and optimistic about the rapidly approaching Summer months, you’re:
- Cringing a little at the dark-circled, puffy eyes that gaze back out at you from your mirror
- Beating yourself up for being no closer to the lean, healthy body you long for than you were at the beginning of the year
- Panicking at the idea of having to wear Summer shorts, tops and swimsuits
- Waking up each morning feeling sluggish, listless and unable to focus
- Starting to feel desperate enough that the unhealthy crash diets you see in magazines look tempting, even though you KNOW they’ll do far more harm than good
If you could just figure out exactly what to do, keeping those resolutions would all be so much easier!
Spring Renewal Detox is your launchpad to the confidence and vitality you crave
Spring Renewal is a powerful, 10-day detox program that combines seasonal whole food recipes with the accountability and support of awesome, like-minded women.
For 10 days, you’ll focus on eating simple, seasonal whole foods; and eliminate sugar, soy, gluten, grains dairy, processed foods, and alcohol. That means you’ll be eating a lot of anti-inflammatory “normal” foods like veggies, fruits, soups, smoothies, hummus, etc…
It’s designed specifically for busy women who juggle work, family, and social lives. I spell out each and every day of the cleanse for you with a detailed shopping list, menus, recipes, etc. Net result: you can prepare all your meals and snacks in advance, then just grab and go. That takes out all the guesswork and makes everything as easy as possible for you.
But Spring Renewal Detox doesn’t just give you a plan and then send you away on your own. You’ll also have the amazing support and encouragement of hundreds of other women who are going through the cleanse with you. You’ll be able to “ride high” on their detox energy – and if you do stumble along the way, they’ll be there to help you get back into it again.
Plus you’ll get a pre-recorded kick-off coaching call and daily emails from me too. Over 10 years of doing these detoxes myself (and guiding other women through them for more than half of that), I’ve learned what works and what doesn’t. And I’ll be there the whole way – to provide sincere encouragement or a gentle “boot to the butt”, whichever you need most.
In short, Spring Renewal Detox provides:
- An easy-to-follow, step-by-step clean eating program with a wide range of delicious (and simple!) recipes, menu plans and shopping lists
- A pre-recorded kick-off coaching call, plus daily email support to make sure you know exactly what you need to do when
- A private community to connect with other women like you, and get the support, encouragement and accountability that will keep you on track
“I felt less bloated, more refreshed and more energetic all week long. Plus, I woke up feeling great, without that 3pm slump.”
Lisa’s meals were so easy to prepare and delicious! I sometimes had to make different meals for my family, so I loved how simple and easy to follow her recipes were. I’ve made many of them over and over since the detox ended, and they’re now staples in my house.
Not only is Lisa an excellent coach, but she’s also the perfect leader for a group like this. Her enthusiasm is contagious, and helped everyone to keep up their own detox energy! She never lets you get left behind or leaves you unsure or confused. She’ll pick you right up with gentle encouragement (and sometimes tough love) to bring you back to exactly where you need to be. ~Kathryn Postulka
Nervous about detoxing? Here’s what you can expect…
You might be thinking “Wait… isn’t a detox just another form of crash diet?”
Don’t worry, I’m not talking about the pills-and-powder-drink-nothing-but-lemon-juice deprivation detoxes that make you feel like you want to die!
This is a detox with a difference – where you actually eat real food and take exquisite care of yourself! It’ll help you discover what does and doesn’t work for you as a unique individual. Eventually, you’ll learn how to let your body guide the way, and realize that you already have all the answers you need within you.
Until you’ve learned to connect with your own body’s wisdom, however, I’ll guide you EVERY step of the way. I take ALL of the decision-making out of the equation for you, the whole way through the program. You won’t need to worry about which ingredients to buy, how to prepare them, or how to cook them because I’ll lay it all out for you at the beginning.
That means you can just concentrate on eating delicious food and taking care of yourself.
And just look at the benefits you could experience…
Based on the results of the thousands of women I’ve guided through similar detoxes over the past five years, here’s just a taste of what you might experience:
- all-day energy that starts the moment you wake up and doesn’t quit
- the best sleep of your life: deep, blissful, uninterrupted rest the whole night long
- clothes that look – and feel – better on you than they have done in years
- a 4-10 pound weight loss (on average); could be more depending on your specific body and lifestyle
- a happier gut: bloating and bowel problems become a thing of the past
- no more cravings: the longing for sugar, caffeine and all the other nasties disappears since blood sugar is managed efficiently
- a clearer mind: that frustrating brain fog melts away, and you can finally focus again
- a radiant, natural beauty emerges: you’re suddenly awash in compliments about your clear, dewy skin; bright sparkling eyes; and soft, shiny hair
- better immunity: getting rid of the toxins takes a load off your immune system, so you’re less likely to catch any of the bugs going around
- renewed confidence in yourself: you can’t even remember when you last felt this sexy, vibrant and alive!
“I lost 4 lbs and I noticed more energy!”
I was initially skeptical about the energy, but by day 4, I didn’t need coffee for a 3:30am departure! Lisa’s detox programs are a great reminder of how to eat healthy and control your portions.
I’m a busy mom, so the schedule of meals and snacks helped me to stay focused and organized. I still had flexibility to shift things around as my own schedule or taste buds changed though.
Trying new recipes with fruits and vegetables helped me to look forward to the meals. Not only were they healthy, but yummy too. I will continue to use these recipes in my meals, and look forward to experimenting with them for new foods. ~ Brie Lang
“I lost 7 1/2 pounds, have clear skin, more focus, more energy, and no afternoon energy dip!”
I couldn’t believe how energetic I felt, and how much BETTER my brain and body felt too. I could think so much better! I sleep better too, and it’s easier to get up early. Losing 7 1/2 pounds wasn’t too shabby either!
Lisa is sooooooo positive, and so committed to her program. I was slightly annoyed at first that I couldn’t just have one daily soda, but I was MUCH better off for not having any caffeine.
I loved the daily emails and all the support. I was surprised that I could feel so great while losing weight. Sometimes you think you need to suffer to lose weight, but I’ve truly felt wonderful. ~ Missy Bedell

“Planning is the key, and Lisa has done it all for you. Plus doing it with a group makes the detox so much easier.”
My group was full of amazingly creative people I could lean on during the detox.
I lost weight without feeling hungry. I had better focus too, because I usually get too busy to eat for most of the day, then I eat a large meal late. Lisa’s menus were helpful, and flexible enough that we didn’t have to follow them religiously.
AND oh, the recipes were delicious! At the end of detox, I wasn’t so much glad it was over, as asking myself “how can I make parts of this continue to work”? I will definitely keep most of the recipes in constant use. Thanks Lisa! ~Ann Lassiter

Questions you might be asking right now…
Q: Who are you and what qualifies you to run Spring Renewal Detox?
Hi there, I’m Lisa Consiglio Ryan – and for most of my adult life, I struggled to find “the perfect formula” to keep me skinny and healthy.
I obsessed about my weight and wrote endless to-do lists. I counted calories and carbs, took all kinds of vitamins, and worked out until I nearly keeled over. All the while, I dreamed of the day I’d be lean and fit and full of energy and confidence – the day I’d finally feel like I was “good enough”.
Nothing worked though. I’d start off well, and then a few weeks later, I’d go straight back to my old ways. Each time made me feel more and more exhausted, depressed and out of shape, as I beat myself up for not having the willpower to make it work.
And even though I was trying so hard to be healthier, the reality was that I was getting sicker. I had chronic fatigue syndrome, fibromyalgia, rosacea, chronic cystitis, candida, and IBS… all before I was 30! I didn’t want to take meds, so I tried holistic therapies… and one day my acupuncturist suggested a 10-day detox.
It was one of those godawful ones with the powders that tasted like mud… so I didn’t make it past Day 3. But something clicked in my brain, and I knew I needed to find out more.
I did a ton of research, got certified in holistic nutrition and studied detoxification with experts in the field. I developed my own detox programs that I based on anti-inflammatory foods (fruits, veggies, and dark leafy greens), and started limiting inflammatory foods (dairy, gluten, caffeine, alcohol and processed sugar).
And for the first time in life, I started to see the results I’d dreamed of. I lost weight, felt lean and light, and had pep in my step. But best of all, I started feeling at ease around food. Instead of looking for quick fixes and diet programs, I started listening to my body, and letting it tell me what it needed.
I know my detoxes work because I’ve successfully used them myself – and so have thousands of other women.
Q: My friend had a really “bad detox” experience and felt miserable. How do I know I won’t go through the same thing?
I won’t lie to you. If you’ve been eating a lot of sugar or drinking a lot of caffeine, you won’t want to dive straight into a full detox. (And if you do, you’ll probably want to kill me during the first three days!)
However, I include a “Detox Prep” period in my program where I guide you through weaning yourself off the bad stuff before the cleanse. Assuming you do this gradual wean, here’s what you’re likely to experience:
- Days 1 – 3: You might want to kill me, especially if you drink a lot of caffeine and eat a lot of sugar. (Don’t worry, though, I will give you instructions on how to wean before the cleanse!). I have to be honest about that. It’s different for everyone, but you might feel a headache or be a bit tired. This is completely normal!
- Days 4 – 7: As you shift away from foods that are typically hard to digest, allergenic or addictive, you will notice positive changes in your body, energy levels, and mood. You will be thinking, “Yeah baby, I got this! Feelin’ good!”
- Days 8 – 10: Bingo! You are feeling on top of the world. You will have the momentum to continue living clean. You will feel that balance within your body. Also, watch your friends and family because you might notice that they will change, too. They will want what you have!
“I was definitely a “detox newbie”, but Lisa made it fun and easy. She really believes in what she does, and makes it totally do-able.”
I actually didn’t have a bad stage on the detox. I took two weeks to wean myself off caffeine before my first detox, and that was the worst bit.
Once I was on the detox, I felt great, and I couldn’t get over how good my skin looked! Plus, I still regularly make many of the tasty recipes from it for my family now – that’s been a lasting effect for me.
I loved how much I learned with Lisa. I discovered new foods, learned what my body needs, and found I could really enjoy eating healthy! ~Leslie Peters
“Overall, my mind is clearer, I’m less bloated, calmer and just feel better.”
Lisa’s detox took me back to a holistic approach to preparation – all from scratch. And it simply tasted better.
I can’t say there was anything I disliked about the Renewal. Even the headaches and body aches were signs that I hadn’t been taking care of myself – relying on stimulants, sugar and processed ingredients to get me through the day. So the side effects were a great learning time for me. They subsided by Day 5 and I could begin focusing on how good I was feeling as a result of eating well. And I’m still off caffeine!
Overall, the experience of being supported through this process was as valuable as the detox itself. Lisa was so supportive and her coaching techniques and approach are on target. I would highly recommend this program! ~Nancy Williams
Q: I’m a picky eater. What if I don’t like the food?
There’s a formula in the nutrition world: give new foods at least 5-10 tries before deciding you don’t like them. Keep an open mind and try new things. You never know: some of them might end up being your favorites. Plus, I’m Italian so the food is delicious. Bland food simply will not fly in my family!
Here are just a few examples of the delicious detox meals:
“I liked so much about the detox. The recipes were very flavorful, easy to put together, and budget friendly.”
I liked the support of the community on the blog. Lisa responded very quickly to our comments or questions. The education was great, too. Each day there was a new “thing” to try or learn. It was a great experience, and I’d definitely do it again!
ANYONE can do this detox. Lisa gives you all the tools you need, and it is SO good for you! She has tons of knowledge, and the best part is the fact that she cares so much, and it shows. ~Nicole Jeffers
“Spring Renewal is a good reboot to get back in tune with your body!”
Before Spring Renewal, my health was the worst it’s been in awhile! By the end, I’d lost 4.5 lbs, felt much better, had more energy, and was able to reset from my bad eating habits.
I found the program to be very doable. I love having it all prescribed for me. I especially enjoyed the recipes; several are in our regular rotation now! ~Cindy Sumner
Q: Is Spring Renewal vegan-friendly and gluten-free?
Yes. There is no animal protein, dairy or gluten (wheat) for 10 days. That’s because these items are acidic and inflammatory, so we avoid them during our cleanse.
Q: What if I want to do more than just one 10-day seasonal detox with you?
So glad you asked! Spring Renewal is perfect if you just want to “dip a toe into the water” of clean, healthy eating. It only requires you to commit to following one plan for 10 days.
However, I’m willing to bet that, once you’ve discovered how wonderful detoxing makes you feel, you’ll want to repeat the experience. If you’re already thinking beyond the end of the 10 days, I invite you to check out my Clean + Sexy membership program.
Clean + Sexy gives you access to FOUR seasonal detoxes throughout the year for a fraction of the cost you’d pay to buy them separately. Plus, you’ll also get clean recipes for in between detoxes, monthly coaching calls from me, and support from the community.
If you know you want to do more than one detox, I strongly recommend checking that out instead: you’ll find it’s much better value for your needs.
“I was shocked how cut my abs looked after going gluten-free for just 5 days. The gluten bloat is for realzs!”
The detox helped me become more conscious about my snacking habits. I used to mindlessly open the pantry door, looking for a carb fix. It was a wake up call that my eating habits weren’t as healthy as I thought.
I also loved the ritual of preparing meals during the detox. I’d fallen into the trap of buying pre-packaged dinners at Trader Joes, thinking, well at least it’s from TJ’s. The detox brought me back to the basics of cooking meals from real ingredients. I also discovered that with Lisa’s recipes, I’m a pretty good cook.
Lisa’s support and guidance really is key to enjoying the detox experience. She made herself available and provided continuous feedback. I felt like I had private coach, even though we did it as a group. And I was surprised how good the food tasted! ~Carleen Birnes
Q: I’m in Australia / New Zealand / South Africa / the-Southern-Hemisphere-generally, and my seasons are opposite yours. Can I still do the group Spring Renewal detox?
I’ll be honest: I wouldn’t recommend it. Your body needs different nutrients and self-care in Spring than it does in Fall… so you won’t get the benefits of seasonal eating. And at this point, for logistical reasons, I’m only running the group seasonal detoxes for Northern Hemisphere seasons.
HOWEVER… the Clean + Sexy membership I mention in the previous question gives you access to everything you need to know for ALL FOUR seasonal detoxes. So if you’d like to go through the Fall detox on your own while we’re doing the Spring one, or the Winter one while we’re doing Summer, you absolutely can.
Plus, if you’d like to create a small group with other Southern Hemisphere Clean + Sexy members and all support each other through Southern-season detoxes, you’re very welcome to. That’s the kind of support that the membership community is there for, after all!
Q: Can I work out while I’m detoxing?
Absolutely. Renewal detoxes are geared toward active people. You can rid your body of toxins without putting your life on hold. Make sure you eat all your meals and snacks; and if you need extra protein, go for it. Listen to your body and keep in touch with me during the detox so we can monitor your workouts. If you feel you need to back off on intensity, do so. Your body might like the break.
“I lost 5 lbs while feeling energized and in a great mood! I felt balanced, with no 2pm sluggish feelings or sugar crashes.”
I felt really great after Day 2, and had so much energy even without caffeine! I lost 5 lbs and felt really healthy: my head was clearer and more focused.
I loved the group support too: had it not been a part of the program, I would have failed. But Lisa was a great motivator and was very helpful with my questions. All of the recipes were fantastic, too! I’m so glad I participated! ~Stephanie Kubiczki Christnagel
Q: I’m training for a marathon. Will I have enough energy for the long runs?
Surely. Detoxes can be a great way to reduce inflammation, which can help prevent injuries. Also, many past detoxers have noticed shorter recovery times and getting faster as a result of detoxing. Triathletes and ultra marathon runners can all detox… just make sure you do yours 2-3 weeks out from race day. Or use the detox plan straight after your race instead (well… after that big treat you’ve promised yourself once you cross the finish line!)
Q: Can men join the cleanse?
Why yes! Renewal cleanses are geared toward anyone willing to make changes with their health. Husbands and partners join in all the time. I have many male clients and they get great results (some lose over 15 pounds!). Eating clean, real, whole food is for everyone. Don’t let the pink throw you off!
Q: Are your meals kid friendly?
I don’t recommend detox for children, obvi, but if they will eat dinners, snacks, etc… with you, it’s really just eating real, whole foods. Usually moms (including myself) will make Renewal meals for the whole family and usually the food is so yummy, kids don’t mind. Dipping their food helps (with hummus, dips, salsas, etc…) helps, too. All the meals are normal foods so even a quickie substitution with a fruit, etc… will do the trick.
“I’m healthier, leaner, and a stronger, faster runner. I love this way of life!”
I was surprised at how quickly my body turned around during my first cleanse. I felt so amazingly good. I never realized how much my diet slowed me down.
I was also surprised that my wine cravings decreased – I no longer rely on coffee to wake me up and wine to relax. I lost weight, gained energy and generally felt happier.
I’m totally hooked on Lisa’s recipes – they made everything easier – and the meal planning took so much stress out of my life. Oh, and the shopping lists are a huge treat too. I’ve worked with Lisa for almost two years and her programs are do-able, delicious, and so worth it. ~Jen Barrett
Q: What if I’m on vacation during the group cleanse? Can I still sign up?
Yes, go for it! That way you’ll receive my daily emails, which you can file away until you’re ready. You’ll also be a part of our community, which is so crucial for detox success.
Q: Can I detox while I’m pregnant or nursing?
While all the Spring Renewal detox food is healthy, clean, and nutrient-dense, you’re still ridding your body of toxins. Those toxins can pass through your bloodstream to the baby while you’re pregnant; and through your breast milk while you’re nursing. So, to play it safe, I’d recommend avoiding a detox during these times time.
However, you could still sign up for Spring Renewal to get healthy recipes you can make while you’re growing and then feeding your beautiful baby. If so, I recommend approaching the plan as one to make healthy, yummy meals; rather than doing a full-on detox.
Q: I travel for work a lot. Will I be able to stick to a plan for 10 days?
Yes, no problem: many of my clients have traveled during their detoxes. You’ll have a step-by-step menu plan, so you can prepare ahead of time and pack, or plan for what you need on your travels. Whether you are traveling by car or plane, you can plan your snacks and your meals. The key is planning: as long as you plan, it’s doable.
Q: Will I be in the kitchen all day making my meals?
No. In fact, most recipes have approximately 5 ingredients plus 5 steps or less. All snacks are easy to grab, like nuts, fruit, and veggies.
To guarantee you’re eating the best possible cleansing foods for your body, you’ll need to know what goes into your meals. That means you’ll need to do a little prepping and cooking, which you might find enjoyable. You might even get your family might get involved and eating the meals with you. This happens a lot!
“I was amazed how good the food was. I loved the meals!”
I was pleasantly surprised by how easily I stayed on track during the detox. Giving up coffee wasn’t as bad as I thought it would be!
Before I detoxed, I suffered from chronic heartburn that prescription medication couldn’t “cure”. By the end of the third detox day, I was heartburn free!
Plus, I lost weight, and slept like a baby! I loved Lisa’s daily blogs and videos where we heard about her experiences with the detox. Doing it with the group made it so much fun. Even though I initially said “no” to joining Lisa’s detox (I thought I couldn’t give up coffee!), I’m glad I changed my mind. It was an amazing experience! ~Susan McCabe
“I found the plan very easy to follow, and I lost 8.4 lbs!”
Before the program, I felt like a balloon ready to pop. I was bloated, my joints hurt, and I felt depressed.
Lisa has the best interactive program I have ever tried. She does it with you, she shares the whole experience of detox, she does everything but cook the food for you. She even sent recipe cards! She is beyond helpful. She helps build your confidence. I just love her method of teaching.
I also checked the daily results of the group and it was helpful knowing I wasn’t alone on my journey to find something that works for me. I was encouraged by others to try new foods, this sharing of information helped me feel a part of the group.
The inches melted away. My skin and hair look shiny. My attitude has been adjusted. ~Katherine Mach
Q: I’m a busy person. I mean, really busy! Can I still detox?
Absolutely. I can relate to you big time. As a mom of two kids (with attendant chauffeur duties), wife, and business owner who travels, I can understand the busyness epidemic. But detoxing for just 10 days is doable.
You’ll need to review your detox plan and take time before Day 1 to prep. Since I spell everything out for you with the menu, shopping list and recipes, all you have to do is organize when you’ll shop and prep a few meals. I want you to start on a good note, so remember: planning = success.
Q: How much weight will I lose during Spring Renewal?
Honestly, that will vary for each person. Typically, detoxers lose between 4-10 pounds, during my programs. But weight loss differs wildly between individuals, depending on stress levels, sleep, water intake, hormones, genetics, and exercise.
Remember that Spring Renewal isn’t a quick fix, weight loss gimmick. There’s so much more to detoxing than just losing weight. You’ll almost certainly lose a few pounds, but think of Spring Renewal as a reboot: a jump-start to healthy, clean living. If you are consistent and follow the menu, recipes, etc, you’ll see results.
“How to Change Your Life in 10 Short Days!”
The first time I heard about a whole foods detox, I thought, “Wow. That’s extreme!” Now when people tell me they could never do one, I think, “Wow, are they missing out!”
Lisa’s 10-day detox plan is so easy: the hardest part is deciding to do it. She gives you everything you need: from a super-simple menu planner (complete with shopping list and easy-to-follow recipes) to loads of supportive love.
After 10 days, you’ll have more energy, clarity, and a strong sense of self and purpose, not to mention glowing skin, radiant hair, and looser clothes! I love the way I felt by Day 6: lighter, clear-headed, full of energy and just really, really good.
The food is really good, and many of the recipes have become staples of my weekly cooking. Best of all, they are all EASY and QUICK! And, it’s just real, wholesome food; nothing fancy or weird – just fruits, vegetables, grains, beans and nuts. It’s so simple and tasty!
All that said, it’s not easy to decide to improve yourself, but I guarantee if you decide to do this detox, you’ll be glad you did. ~Sheila Norman
“I have lost 7lbs total and have been able to keep it off. I feel great and have tons of energy!”
My body ‘fits’ again and feels good and I am keeping the momentum going even after detox. I can’t think of a single recipe from the detox that I don’t like! The meals are easy to make and very grab-n-go. Since I travel a lot for work, the detox fit into my life perfectly.
My face is happy with less breakouts, too! I have found many gluten free alternatives to the things I love and have been enjoying them in moderation. I think it is the path of the future for me! I’ve picked up some great habits these last 10 days and plan to implement a lot of these recipes in my daily diet.
BTW, I absolutely LOVE the lentil bowl. Perfect meal! Thanks for putting together an amazing detox program! ~ Angie Fridley Shellem
Q: Do I need a juicer for this detox?
No. You want this to be as simple as possible, so think about your lifestyle. If this is your first time making juice or even being exposed to juicing, I wouldn’t buy one. Either use your blender to see if you like the consistency or go to a juice bar. They will make your creations for you. If you have a juicer, good deal. Use your juicer as you see fit.
Q: I usually eat Paleo. Will this detox fit into my lifestyle?
Of course. I’m not into advocating for any type of diet, but the recipes are sugar-free, dairy-free, and the only grains are quinoa (which is actually a pseudo-grain and the only complete protein in the plant world) so really the plan is also grain-free. I might add a gluten-free rolled oatmeal breakfast from time to time, but mainly we are looking at seasonal meals with tons of veggies, dark leafy greens, fruit, and other anti-inflammatory foods.
Q: I have a question you haven’t answered here. Help?
No problem! Contact my customer services team at firstname.lastname@example.org they’ll help in any way they can.
“It was a really fun experience, and I didn’t expect that! Plus I started sleeping through the night!”
I had increased energy, and I slept through the night for the first time in a long time. It feels magical to wake up when it’s actually morning!
I’m more aware of what’s good for me and how important it is to take care of myself. I LOVED connecting with a community of other cleanse champions too. I learned so much from their questions. Hearing the variety of challenges, the optimism and commitment, and Lisa’s positive, helpful and wise presence through it all, helped me stay strong and actually made it FUN! ~Devon Jackson
“My greatest success is being off coffee!”
Before the detox, I’d been drinking two (yes two!) Dunkin Donuts XL decafs with sweeteners (that’s a LOT of coffee) each day… That or a Starbucks Venti caramel macchiato with all of its sugary syrups.
Being off coffee is such a victory for me. I don’t miss it, don’t crave it or want it any more. Teachino with a splash of almond milk is so much better than what I was having before. Love this detox! ~ Jaime Caryl-Klika
My husband told me I have a new glow about me and that he likes my new relaxed, upbeat spirit. Happy surprise! I didn’t know detoxing would do this!
Thank you so much for this well organized and fullsome detox program. It was SUCH a good investment of my time and money. We have 4 kids and over the past 5 years I’ve been bringing in more and more whole foods and greens and have removed high fructose corn syrup and many processed foods. The kids have mostly responded positively – if its not in the house, they can’t eat it (at least here). Our teenager has been the one least interested in “healthy” food, reluctantly eating stuff put in front of him and finding ways to enjoy treats a lot. UNTIL during the detox. I announced at the dinner table that I would be eating a little differently to cleanse my body and feel better. The 13 year old looked up and said “Hey, maybe I’ll do that with you.” Before I got a chance to pick up my jaw from the floor, our youngest at 7 said “Yeah, maybe I will too.” I’m just in shock – happy shock. I’m excited for my family to really FEEL the connection with food and their bodies. Thank you, Lisa! ~ Kristen Morrissey
Remember… Spring Renewal is about SO much more than getting a flat belly or dropping weight!
It’s a way to connect with that gorgeous body of yours. It’s a way to get more in balance within your body, with the season, and ultimately with others.
That’s why I created this Spring Renewal 10 Day Detox, and I’m so excited to share it with you. In just 10 days, you’ll feel lighter, energized, and glowing inside and out. You’ll feel better about yourself, confident in your clothes, and generally great from the inside out.
The best part is that you won’t be alone. I’ve detoxed with thousands of people, and I’d love to share this experience with you. I can’t wait to have you in my program!
