1:30-2:30 pm: PiYO LIVE
(Laura Manson, Real Flexi)
PiYO LIVE is a high intensity, low impact workout that combines the muscle-sculpting, core-firming benefits of Pilates with the strength and flexibility of flowing Yoga movements. You’ll use only your body weight to perform a series of continuous, targeted moves to define every muscle of your body. Choreographed to music, this fun one-hour workout offers training to improve your strength, cardio, balance, and flexibility. No weights, no jumps, just hard core results!
Real Flexi was founded by Lisa Quigley in December, 2014. After the birth of her third child, Lisa struggled to get back in shape. Her normal routine of jumping on the treadmill or lifting some weights just wasn’t working.
In search of variety, she tried group fitness and loved it, but found the times inconvenient, the classes often full, and attending too expensive. That was when she came up with the idea for Real Flexi, a monthly membership plan that allows users to pay a flat rate and reserve space in classes at various gyms around town.
Real Flexi originally launched in Harford County, MD but now features classes all over Maryland, Delaware and launching in Virginia soon.
4:30-5:30 pm: Meditative Posture Flow
(Pam Blum, Evolutions)
Meditative Posture Flow is taught in the Pranakriya Yoga style for western students living active lives, the practice offers an opportunity to build a charge of energy and instead of releasing it in a posture flow experience, to carry the charge as a greater level of aliveness. Postures are led in a slow meditative manner with longer holding to generate heat and encourage the body to release deep seated tension.
Pam is a highly accomplished Group Fitness Leader with more than 25 years of background rich in knowledge, experience and a dedication to wellness. Her current passion is primarily teaching yoga, cycling, TRX and Resist-a-Ball® helping to guide clients through classes or sessions that provide opportunities to, “explore how truly magnificent our bodies really are; physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.” She has a special affection for beginners, obese, chronically injured and de-conditioned clients because it’s never too late to start to move and there are always options available to choose to feel better in our bodies and in our lives.
Pam is an AFAA and ACE certified Group Fitness Instructor, Master Trainer for Spinning® and Resist-a-Ball®, and has the completed Yoga Teacher 500 hour level certification in the Pranakriya tradition with an emphasis in yoga therapy and philosophy.

(Amy Reed, TribeStrength)
Amy Reed is an ace-certified fitness trainer who played both varsity field hockey and lacrosse at Princeton University. She is a big believer in the importance of strength training, and she is passionate about coaching impeccable form with intensity of effort.
Tribestrength is about training, it is NOT about ‘just working out’. Tribestrength is about setting goals, and methodically training to achieve those goals.
You’ll be challenged both physically and mentally. Use tools like barbells and kettlebells and sandbags. It’s pushing and pulling and pressing and squatting.
The Tribestrengh philosophy is about being constantly tested against yourself. It’s about learning to fuel for performance. It’s about never quitting on yourself or those around you. It’s about helping others get to where they want to be.
At the end of it all, you’ll be leaner and stronger and faster and tougher. you will see yourself in a different way.
