Feelin’ Fine Green Smoothie
Blend these ingredients:
1 cup kale
2 cups coconut milk (Native’s Forest, low-fat works best)
1 banana (frozen preferred)
1 orange, peeled and seeded
1 Tbsp. flaxseeds
Extra somethin’ somethin’: 1 Tbsp. coconut flakes
