Good day to you! Are you ready for dessert?
The #day5 smoothie is Chocolate Banana Milkshake. It tastes just like something you can get at the bakery (gluten-free bakery that is!).
I have cocoa powder on the ingredient list. You can find good quality powder at Whole Foods or your local natural food store. I also use cacao powder a lot. Yes, cacao. Cacao is different than cocoa in that it is raw, unprocessed. Cacao is an amazing antioxidant plus packed with tons of magnesium and iron.
Cacao has even more benefits:
* lowers cholesterol
*increases sex drive
*reduces inflammation in blood cells
*reduces the risk of diabetes

I’ll introduce you to cacao nibs during Week 2 so hold on tight. Good stuff coming your way!
*I recommend Nativas Naturals if you want to substitute with cacao today. Let’s make it, shall we?
