I added cayenne for a kick as well as to aid in burning fat and enhancing efficient digestion. It’s spicy!

Green Up Smoothie
1 cup spinach
2 cups coconut milk
1 avocado, peeled and pitted
1 pear, remove stem
2 Tbsp. lemon juice (or juice ½ lemon)
1 tsp. cayenne pepper
