Today’s smoothie is Mango Tango and it’s my favorite! Mango is my frozen fruit go to.
Mangoes boost the freshness value but also have these benefits:
* lowers cholesterol
*curbs sugar cravings
*clears up skin issues like acne and eczema
*great for eye health (Vitamin A baby!
and are just plain delicious.

Mango Tango Smoothie
Ingredients:
1 cup collards
2 cups coconut milk
1 orange, peeled
½ mango (or ¼ cup frozen mango)
1 Tbsp. mint
Boost: 1 Tbsp. hulled hemp seeds and 1 Tbsp. chia seeds
