The 21 Day Green Up Smoothie Challenge
Yay! Day 21 is here! AND you did it!
Many of us are really feeling the benefits of the greens.
The changes you might notice can be big or small. I’ve noticed that my mind is clear and focused, and I feel pretty light, not so much in my belly but more in my mind. I have clarity; pretty much I know what I want, don’t want, and feeling at ease with my decision to not run around like a crazy lady this year. A big change for me as I try to do everything and anything to go overboard! J
What does clarity have to do with kale, spinach,etc…?
The clean, raw, chlorophyll of our greens help to balance out our system, our pH level, our cells…helps soften our emotions, thoughts, and gets us closer to the truth. (Pretty deep, huh, but oh so true!)

Today’s last and final challenge creation includes gluten -free oats for extra fiber and cacao powder for raw magnesium and sweetness.

Celebrate YOU Green Smoothie
1 cup spinach
2 cups almond milk, unsweetened original
1/2 cup strawberries, fresh or frozen
1 Tbsp. raw almond butter
1/4 cup gluten-free rolled oats
1 Tbsp. lemon juice (or juice of 1/2 lemon)
1 Tbsp. raw cacao powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
Blend ingredients and drink up!
