Today’s green delight is the Peachy Kale Smoothie. I suggest adding the hemp seeds for an extra somethin’ somethin’. Hemp provides protein, omega 3, and keeps you feeling fuller longer.
Hemp protein is plant-based and anti-inflammatory. It is also:

- a great source of good fat
- a complete protein (contains all 8 amino acids)

1 cup kale
2 cups coconut water
½ cup grapes
1 peach (or ½ cup frozen)
2 Tbsp. chia seeds
