We’ve been blending together now for a whole week!
Here’s just a sample of the smoothie magic from our fabulous global group of challengers:
Our Day 7 featured smoothie is Strawberry Fields.
This smoothie tastes like ice cream!
In regards to the liquids in the smoothies, I chose to include coconut and almond milks. I don’t want you buying tons of products so we can stick with those during our smoothie days. You can even just use good ole water for the liquid, but adding milks give smoothies a thicker texture as well as boost taste. It’s up to you!
That said, you can use the following milks as substitutes in case you need a new milk to try:
Some almond milk brands come loaded with tons of sugars so you might want to make your own.
This isn’t necessary of course. But if you want to experiment, by all means do. I have a recipe for you in your Prep Guide.
Oh, and one more thing, if you are allergic to nuts (including coconut), you can still enjoy the silky smoothness with nut-free milks in your drinks.
